Interested in applying for a swim grant from our foundation for 2021? Please refer to instructions and link below.
- Download and complete the Prevent Drowning Foundation of San Diego Learn To Swim Grant Questionnaire and email to Nicole McNeil PDFSD President at nicole.mcneil@preventdrowningfoundation.org
- Once received, Nicole McNeil, PDFSD President, will contact you directly to schedule a phone interview. Be prepared to discuss your answers to the questionnaire.
- After the phone interview, you will be provided with the 2021 Grant application. Please complete the application and if applicable, the Bridge to Beach Requirement form. All documents should then be emailed back to nicole.mcneil@preventdrowningfoundation.org
- You will be contacted directly by PDFSD Grant Committee Chairperson, to confirm receipt of your application. The Grant Committee will then review your application and a recommendation will be made. You will be notified shortly thereafter of their decision. If approved for funding you will be required to sign a letter of agreement and submit a W9 form prior to distribution of Grant Funds.
