San Diego City Council members came together with the San Diego Junior Lifeguards for the return of the SDJG Ocean Beach Pier Jump.
Prevent Drowning Foundation of San Diego and the San Diego Junior Lifeguards host the OB Pier Jump to raise funds for drowning prevention here in San Diego County.
