Celebrating Crawford High School Students’ Swim Graduation and Water Safety Milestone

The Prevent Drowning Foundation of San Diego (PDFSD) is proud to announce the remarkable achievements of Crawford High School students who have successfully completed the SD Swims Fall/Winter swimming program. This vital initiative, held at the Colina Del Sol Pool, is a collaboration between PDFSD, the City of San Diego, and Crawford High School to promote water safety and swimming proficiency for youth in our community.

Join us as we celebrate these students’ accomplishments with a graduation awards ceremony. Media and the public are invited to attend this uplifting event and learn more about the critical role swimming programs play in saving lives and fostering confidence in the water.

In 2024, the Prevent Drowning Foundation of San Diego (PDFSD) allocated over $160,000 to SD Swims Grant Programs, directly benefiting more than 6,500 individuals across San Diego County. To learn more about the impact of the SD Swims Grant Program or to support the initiative through donations, please visit our website.
